At Dockers®, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange unworn and unwashed items within 60 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return process and attach it securely to your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place your items in the original packaging if possible, include the packing slip, and drop off the box at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
